Some of us are descendants of the orignal Alpha Male and have leadership traits geneticaly jackhammered in our DNA ...These people are BORN TO LEAD..(sidestepping the nature vs nurture debate)...charishma flows as freely as filth in Yamuna .People gravitate towards them as easily as ur mom/bhabhi would towards a saas bahooooo weepie .Their ascend to leadership roles is natural as a Bihari MP becoming the Railways Minister .Their activities make case study at HBS and are seen sharing the dais with glamour and royalty ....
And some of us have leadership (roles )thrust upon us as a result of ...donkeys years with an organization/bosses qutting/marrying the chairman's only daughter /baba blaaksheepz tilasmi taweez /washing our shirt with Rin Supreme /Wearing XYZ underwear/Martian Invasions /blah blah....The point is ...the gauntlet has been thrown...Now what ??

well ... the natural leaders are hardly 5 prcnt ..rest 95 prcnt bask in the reflected glory ...sometimes even those 5 prcnt do not get the opportunity(like me :p)
On a serious note..i will outline some skills that can be worked on to achive success...well as they say..fake it till u make it
well karan kapoor is training his army for intergalactic warfare thr...hez preparin 2 lay siege on planet earth soon...u knw hez considered a hero n a god on pluto....It is kinda cold thr on pluto ...n even the population was dwindling coz the males were not able 2 find mates...kapoor saab just identified the ones with" GARAM HEATER"(rmmbr tht line)...n won the affection of the plutoites....now hez considered the God of Fertility n continuity thr..Continuity makes sense coz hez beeen thr b4 the bing bang n still refuses to hang his chappal..but ferility ??? mayb coz they noted tht his reproductive body fluid had more fungii thn nethin
well if i write somethin bout him...they mite create a religion ovr his teachings and sayings...n rituals ovr his hand gestures :)
